  Never again!
  Had our new Landcruiser at TJM Canberra for bullbar, sidesteps, suspension kit and lights & electrical work.
  Had the vehicle back there 4 times over 3 months and they could not get things completed and fitted right. I ended up having to take it to another TJM dealer to get it finished properly. We also threatened fair trading to recover costs incurred to us, once we did that they gave in and paid almost all of it within 24 hours. These people are not trade qualified mechanics they are "installers" and have no idea whatsoever.
  TJM products are fine but DO NOT trust these people to fit anything to your vehicle. Go to McDonalds, they wont have any idea how to fit your accessories either but at least you can buy a burger while you wait.
  I gave one star as google wont allow for zero or negative star ratings

  Bloody exceptional customer service from these guys. Oscar was the fella I dealt with and was top quality service. Rod and team always kept me in the loop with job and so far the workmanship has been superior quality. Tip for everyone, be a good bloke to the shop and they will help you out.
  Aside from great quality customer service, the pedigree of TJM is right up there with ARB etc. Bullbar I think is even better.

  We haven’t purchased anything yet. My wife and I dropped into the Fyshwick TJM shop this afternoon for some help and advice.
  Wow! I can not fault any of Rods team, they all have a wealth of knowledge and experience. They didn’t just answer all our questions, they showed us examples in the shop and even loaded a couple of YouTube clips, nothing was a problem-Excellent service. We now look forward to our purchasing visit. Will keep you posted.

  After a bit of a shaky start Rod and the team at Tjm really impressed me.
  So good to deal with and amazing service.
  Rod goes the extras distance to make sure you’re getting exactly what you need. Not to mention hes a great guy.
  Very highly recommend
